今天骑了北宜公路，翻过了两座大山，对意志力和耐力的极大考验。虽然上坡没有去秀冈校区那样子的陡，但是骑乘的量就远远大于华城路的骑行量。今天还一直下雨，因为是山上，所以温度普遍低于山下，风还很大，所以当下坡的时候对于我来说不仅是要关注车距和速度，更要忍受从手上传递的寒冷感和风穿过衣服直达身体的寒冷，对于意志力也是一个极大的考验，这整整一天的骑行让我学会了忍耐和坚持。当有些时候不得不一直坚持下去的时候，并不是一味的抱怨而是默默的忍受和坚持并且苦中作乐。

Today, the North riding Yi Road, climbed the two mountains, feel the great test of willpower and endurance. Although not uphill to show that steep hill campus, but riding riding is far greater than the amount of Chinese city road. Today has been raining, because it is a mountain, so the temperature is generally lower than the mountain, wind is still very great, so when the downhill for me is not only to pay attention to vehicle distance and velocity, but also to bear passed from the hands of the feeling of cold and wind through the clothes directly to the body of the cold, for willpower is a great test, the whole day riding let me learn patience and perseverance. When some time had to persevere, and not blindly complain but suffer in silence and adhere to and from taking pains.

今天是正式环台的第一天，我们班也是第一个出发，我们骑了6km之后就开始上坡。北宜公路的路虽然没有之前的路这么抖，但是上坡的时间很长，过了一段时间之后，我就开始骑不动了，可是我后面的男生一直在鼓励我，让我坚持。他们在上坡前会提醒我要变速，也告诉我一些骑自行车的技巧，让我可以骑得轻松一点。虽然中间我有一小段时间掉队了，但是Mr.K在鼓励我，陪着我慢慢在后面骑。虽然雨很大，我们所有人都已经湿透了，都觉得很冷，虽然这个过程是痛苦的、是很累的，但是现在想起来，会变成很美好的回忆。

下午有18km的上坡，我在骑了没多久之后就掉队了，最后跟着E班回到了酒店。虽然今天很累，在骑的时候有很多次想要放弃，但是我都坚持下来了。这将会变成一个很好的回忆。

Today is the first day of the formal ring sets, is also the first in our class, we started uphill riding after 6 km. North road so before appropriate highway road although there is no shake, but hill for a long time, after a period of time, I began to ride, but I'm at the back of the boys has been encouraging me, let I insist. They will remind me to change before the hill, also told me some skills to ride a bicycle, so I can take it easy ride. Although I have a short period of time between left behind, but Mr K in the encouraged me, accompanied me to slowly ride behind. Although the rain is very big, drenched in all of us, feel very cold, although the process is painful, is very tired, but now I think about it, will become very happy memories.
18 km uphill in the afternoon, I was riding a not long after they left behind, finally follows E class back to the hotel. Although today is very tired, when riding there are a lot of times to give up, but I can insist on down. It will become a good memories

非常幸运的，真正开始环台的第一天，轮到我们H班领旗。现在我们已经在酒店，盥洗好，完成了一天的挑战。现在想想依然为我们自己，为我们班，以及整个十年级感到骄傲。六个小时，70公里，冒雨，翻过两座大山，成功逃出台北盆地。之前几天我真的不知道领旗的班级与后面的班级有何差别，不就先来后到之差么。今天才知道了真正的差距，每天我们会骑到不同的地方，会遇到不同的路人。骑在第一名的班就代表着康桥的形象，我希望我们班今天做的不错。对于路上的艰难，真正令我印象深刻的，是沿路的骑士都对我们竖起大拇指，都为我们喊加油，这才是最让我感动的。台湾人，很热情。

Very lucky, the first day of beginning around Taiwan, we turn to H's class. Now we are in the hotel, the toilet is good, have done a day's challenge. Still think now for ourselves, for our class, and the grade ten proud. Six hours, 70 km, in the rain, over two mountains, to escape from the Taipei basin. So a few days I really don't know what is the difference between a class and later led flag class, soon the difference in order of arrival. Today we know the real gap, every day we will ride to different places, meet different people. Riding in the name of the first class represents the image of Cambridge, I hope our class did well today.The upstairs is tough, really impressed me, along the road to our knights are all thumbs, we are shouting and cheering, this is the most touching to me.Taiwanese, very warm.

今天是我们正式开始环台的第一天，我们班的运气很好，因为今天正好轮到我们第一个出发。这样的话我们就可以第一个到旅馆，先洗澡了。今天我们要骑的是北宜公路，在骑的前一天，我们宿舍的人在网络上查了一下北宜公路，结果发现这条公路是台湾最危险的公路，它还有一个别名叫做“灵异公路”，听起来就让人毛骨悚然的。看到这个时我们希望不要遇到危险吧。

“啪”的一声枪声，伴随着我们10H班响亮的班呼我们就这样出发了。还好我们在前三天训练过上坡下坡，不然我还真不知道该怎么顺利的完成今天的骑行。因为今天我们要骑过两座山，在山上我们不是上坡就是下坡。而且还有很多段连续的上坡，要是我们不会变速，刹车之类的技能，那就真的几天都骑不到宜兰的。一路上，我们班还真的是互帮互助，当我们后面有车来的时候，后面的同学就会提醒前面的同学。一路上并没有什么可怕的地方，但是风景真的很好，看到了大半个台湾。希望明天还是顺顺利利的完成骑行吧。

Today is the first day we started cycling Taiwan, our class was very lucky because today we were the first class of the whole team. So we can first go to the hotel and wash.Today we were  going to ride the Taipei-Ilan highway. yesterday, my classmates in my dorm found  something about  Taipei-Ilan highway in Internet and we found that this road is the most dangerous road in Taiwan, it also has an alias called "supernatural highway " it sounds very creepy. We just hope that when we went to the road，we can be safety.With the sounds "popping"  and our classes loud call we just set off. Fortunately, we had the first three days of training downhill and uphill, or I really do not know how to finish today's riding successful. Because today we had to ride two mountains, we should be uphill and downhill. And there are a lot of uphill stretch of consecutive, and if we do not know shift, brake, it is really a problem.Along the way, our class is really help each other, when a car came back of us, all the student will told to others.Along the way, there is nothing terrible place, but the scenery is really nice to see the views of Taiwan. I hope tomorrow is also smoothly finished riding it.

今天是正式环台的第一天，虽然天气不理想，但在康桥董事长和学校领导给我们加油鼓励后，在董事长的枪声下，我们10H班第一个，喊着班呼后出发了，虽然大家都很累。长下坡时也需要集中精力。今天我们大家都非常团结。虽会有点小状况，但是没有大问题。希望之后的行程里我们班能一直更好的遵守骑行规则。

Today is the first day of official ring station, although the weather is ideal.but in the chairman of Cambridge and the school leaders gave us encouragement, under Chairman of gunfire. Our 10H class first class call after shouting out, although we are very tired. The long downhill also need to concentrate on. Today we are very united. Although there will be little situation. But there is no big problem. I hope after the trip in our class has been able to better comply with the rules of riding.

旅程的开始，既期待又担心；不过好在是一路坚持下来了，没有遗憾。当看到太平洋、远处的屋宇和水田，那错错落落却又别有风情的海边小镇，心中哗的像拉开一卷图画，像是，有个少女，在我前方，用天空和大海做着画。

我是在台湾，确实是这样。骑行一开始认为台湾的小镇很有一种斯里兰卡的感觉，那种悠闲自适，但又不完全是，街上呼啸而过的电瓶车和大卡车一下子把我的思绪拉了回来，我是在台湾，和宫崎骏画下的城市相仿的近乎神似的地方，有一种家乡亲切的感觉，但又充满古朴与神奇。

今天是第一天，我们班也是头班，所幸，尽管山路崎岖，但大家表现都异常的好，少有人掉队，几乎没有人停下，就算平时骑得较慢的几个，也慢慢的很用心地赶上。因为前几次的训练，在体力上对我们都是很大的提升。还有一个坚持下来的原因应该归结于毅力和耐力，这两点很好地结合在一起，让我们在即使脚有千斤重的情况下还可以咬牙坚持。不论下雨，不论刮风，我们都挺过来了，一路风雨兼程。

10H being chosen to start first, the beginning of cycling around Taiwan was filled with expectation and worries. At first, still I, who usually seems weak and delicate, rode in an relatively fast speed because I slept well last night. I dare not to underestimate my ability, but truly did I keep a overwhelmingly good state, and with my persistent notion, I dare not to easily give up. Besides, for me, giving up is not a feasible decision when I'm in a team especially. Whenever I met any obstacle, I did not want to complain anything but to overcome it as quick as possible.
That period while climbing the inclined slope, which remained fresh in my mind till now, was a special experience ,and I should never forget that. Although I was extremely tired at that time, the belief to successfully climb over this mountain without stopping promoted me to go on. Finally, when I reached the peak and saw the picturesque scenery I have never met before, I realized there's no more regret. I realized, at the age of 16, I once cycled around Taiwan. The lucky experience only belonged to me.
Moreover, our class did a really great job on climbing the 2 mountains despite of exhausted feeling. Everyone including the foreign teacher Mrs. K encouraged as well as helped each other. 
It's a long run. And this was merely the beginning. And the whole part, is what we ought to really treasure.
