今天由我们10k班带领全年级环台，收获很大，感觉我们班级的凝聚力有很大的提升，每个人都会在别人需要帮忙的时候给予帮助，看到体力不支的人也会给他们鼓励和支持，而体力不支的人也会主动避让，让体力好的先骑，互帮互助，这使整个团体聚合在一起，一起面对困难，这让我很感动，还有一点让我感动的是其它在路上骑车的人也在我们骑车时给予我们鼓励，今天的行程完成的很完美，几天的训练已经有了成效，今天骑车的时候已经没感觉了，总之加油。

第四天，连日的阴雨绵绵之后终于放了晴，今天是我在台湾呆的第7天，阳光很好，早餐很棒，元气满满的再一次踏上我的自行车，开启了新一天的环台之旅。今天的我们绕了一下下，穿过了非常迷人的山间小路，那里的小荷刚刚露出了尖尖角，风很轻，吹在身上无比的舒服。我们穿过了勃朗大道拍了合照，又来到大坡池休息了好一阵子，不得不说台湾真是一个非常美的地方，中午吃了美美的烤鸡，小憩一下后再次开始了我们的行程，虽然一开始有3公里的上坡，但这并不能阻挡我下坡的热情，下午就在这上上下下的起伏波动中平安抵达了饭店，今天下坡的时候我明白了，一个班可以在上坡的时候拉开距离，但可以在下坡的时候再次骑在一起，这说明一个班级一起进步是很难的，一起退步是很快的，所以在未来的日子里要越来越棒。

台湾的那些没多少行人的小道上，终于刻下了我们骑行的身影。原来台湾是个很美的城市，即使没有浓郁的玫瑰和烈酒，只需路边的几株小野花就足以把少女心填满。 偶尔不下雨的时候觉得它们和水中的白鹭一样，都是某种程度上的浪漫。我们整齐的队列行进着，惊扰到芦苇从里成群的鸟儿，扑哧着翅膀飞向空中去，还有英姿飒爽的大野狗，不吠叫也不抬头，仿佛对这样的车队早已司空见惯。身侧的反向车道上迎面驶来和我们一样的本地车队，他们仰着笑脸每个人都朝我们挥挥手打招呼，互相鼓励着。几百公里的路程像是玩笑一般的天文数字，有意无意的出现在眼前。可是终于在这路途上我们才知道，这就是青春啊。我们终于可以淋着雨笑，逆风奔跑，当以后回想起来，一定会为拥有这样青春的自己感到骄傲。

今天是三月的第一天，在清晨的第一缕阳光中，领骑带领着我们k班以及康桥十年级的师生踏上了向台东的征程。三天前开始，我们从新北市出发，一路向南，依次到达了宜兰、花莲、池上，今天到达知本。今天的行程并不算艰难，大概是学校考虑到明天就要骑寿卡所以今天只有将近70公里的行程，提早结束今天，剩下的时间都留给我们好好休息为明天做准备。寿卡被挑战过的单车爱好者们称为大魔王，就连连续三年参加环台的副主任都没有一次完整的骑上去过，可见这寿卡的难骑程度。明天我们班最后一个出发，我比较担心自己会因为体力不支而掉队到较后，但又不愿意放弃，想要坚持着跟着班级同学一同骑上顶峰，这是怎样纠结的一种心情啊！希望今天能休息好，争取明天不掉队和其它同学一起骑上寿卡。

Today's journey was not too tough, perhaps it's because the leaders considered that tomorrow we will go through Shouka.So today we only got nearly 70 kilometers' ride, ended up today a little bit earlier so we can get some rest and more energy for tomorrow. Shouka was called "big monster" by people who had rode it, even our second director who attend this activity for 3 times hasn't done it completely. Tomorrow we will be the last class to leave, I am worrying about that I can not make it, but I am not willing to just give up before it doesn't start. Hope I can get good rest today, and beat the "big monster" tomorrow with the rest of us.

从开始到现在，要不要放弃始终是我每一天都在反复斗争的问题。从来没有人强制过自己不能放弃，“轻松”在你的脚碰到地面的那一刻就会接踵而至。
然而到现在为止，我却从未这么做过。不是因为不能，而是因为不想。不想变成最后一个，不想成为拖班级后腿的人，不想轻易言败。因为自己有更大的追求，才有了更强的自我。
说实话，我很骄傲，在这个班级里，我感觉到自己需要别人和被别人需要。明天我们即将迎来环台之旅中最重要的一天，但我一点也不畏惧，因为有我的同学在。每一天共同欢笑共同度过艰难，相信很多年后这一千公里一定也还会成为我们共同的回忆。K班，加油，我爱你们每一个人。
To give up or not? It has been a question from the start to now. There never be someone telling us not to give up, no one said we can't. It's more tend to be easier when your foot touchs the ground as you finally give up.
But I didn't.
Not because I can't but because I don't want to. I don't want to be the last one, I don't want to let my class down, I don't want to give up easily. Luckily, because there is a much stronger wish, here come a stronger me.
Honestly, I am so proud of being a part of this class. Everyday we spent together still makes me feel like I'm needed and I need all of you guys. Tomorrow we will face the most important day of our trip cycling around Taiwan. I'm not afraid at all, because I know you guys are with me
All of the days we spent together, the laughs we laugh together, everything, everything that is difficult, even with pain and tears, I believe will finally become a precious memory.

今天是我来到台湾的7天，目标为池上到知本，约69km，这也是我们骑行到目前为止唯一一次没有下雨的日子。托此的福我见到了不同于雨天的台湾风景，美丽的田园风光。一望无际的绿油油的稻田，与远处的高山交相辉映，别有一番风味。
明天就是爬寿卡山了，在12km的距离中，爬升460m，据说是这次环台中最难的一关。但我并不会放弃。这是人生的一次挑战，人生当中比这高耸的“山”不止一座，在这座山放弃了，其他的“山”也将会被轻易的放弃。台湾环岛虽只进行到一半，但我已感触良多，学到了许多，这些东西是我在课本上所无法获得的关于人的知识。无论如何这都必将是我人生中重要的一次经历，我必将其牢记于心。明天加油！
Today is my Seventh day at Taiwan, from Chishang to Zhiben, 69km long. This is also we first a sunny day when we riding. Thanks for this, I saw different scenery with rainy day for Taiwan, the beautiful rurality. The boundless green rice fields with yonder mountains add radiance and beauty to each other, incurs a special sensation.
Tomorrow is the day to climb shouka mount. We will climb the 460m high mountain in 12km, they say it’s the hardest day in cycling around Taiwan, but I won’t give up, It’s a challenge in life, but it won’t be the hardest one, if I give up this one, the others I will give up too, I have already had a lot of feeling about the ride and learn a lot of things from it, we cannot learn this kind of knowledge in the textbook, whatever, it will be an important experience in my life, I will remember it, fighting！
